MANY thanks for not only supplying us with superior shutter products;
but thank you for SUPPORTING us through the entirety of the
hurricane protection experience.
It's not just the product that's important to a lot of clients, but the
reassurance that Help is available to them in the time of a crisis. I
know a lot of people who have expensive shutters, that they cannot
handle or use!!!
Knowing that you are there, ready and willing to cheerfully address
any concerns we have, as well as offering advice and suggestions is
AWESOME. I sleep better at night knowing that I can count on you;
and if an occasion arises, that you will NOT desert me; you will send
someone over to assist me if there is a real hurricane emergency.
Other Companies do NOT do this; and you guys do!!
Also: special thanks to Tom and Richard for coming and fine tuning
the shutters this week; and being such great helpers and listeners.
They are both wonderful assets to your team! And represent your
"family focused" attitude and customer service strategy brilliantly.
