Dear Mr. Ayers,
This summer's forecast for hurricanes here put me in the market for shutters (after getting really
soaked in 2004). Our friend, Winnie Eilenfeldt in the Clydebank Building convinced me your service
is the best available- thus my call to Sandy and shutters for my condo.
It was indeed good advice and I was impressed with your very efficient and pleasant installers and
the great job they did here on Wednesday.
It will be fine with me if we never have another hurricane to test my shutters, but they certainly a
welcomed addition to my "castle".
Your dinner treat is likewise greatly appreciated - many thanks!

Mr. Fred Gibbs
Dear Fred,
I am enclosing the card of the contractor whom I told you did such a good
Job fixing our roll down shutters. He showed up on time with a well equipped
service truck. Brought drop clothes, and even took off his shoes not to track
in dirt. They replaced the plastic straps, lubricated the guides.
When the job was completed they showed us preventative maintenance, So
that we could properly take care of our equipment and avoid service calls.
His bill was very fair. He has his own shop where he makes parts.
It was a pleasure dealing with a mechanic who showed up on time, did a
professional job, and did not overcharge.
I would highly recommend him.

Dear Sandra and Andy,
Once again I want to tell you what a fabulous job your team did in
installing our hurricane shutters. In three short days, Frank and his
helpers were in and out, completing the job in a totally professional fashion.
They were punctual, courteous, neat ... always checked in and out of the
office every day, to the satisfaction of our manager, Frank Grealish. They
protected my carpets and furniture as they moved equipment in and out
vacuumed up after themselves when they were finished.
